HPV Vaccination & Cervical Cancer Prevention Program

HPV VACCINATION REGISTRATION

Personnel from the Sarawak Family Planning Association will be coming to do the registration for the HPV Vaccination at the following venue and time.

The registration process requires only the names,

IC numbers and cash of RM250 per person for 3 doses to be remitted. Please get them ready when coming for the registration.

The actual vaccination will be on another date yet to be arranged.
